Refund Policy

Dear Valued Patients,

Cancellation by the patient triggers the NO REFUND Policy. Once you have made a payment for services rendered, it is important to note that refunds will not be issued in the event of a patient-initiated cancellation. We allocate significant resources and schedule our medical professionals and staff based on the appointments made



  • Rescheduling Policy:

    • Rescheduling an Appointment:
      • You have the option to reschedule your appointment instead of canceling it, subject to the following conditions:
      • The request to reschedule must be confirmed at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
      • Your deposit made during the initial appointment booking will still be valid for the rescheduled appointment.

    • Rescheduling a Procedure:
      • If you need to reschedule a procedure, please note the following guidelines:
      • The new date for the procedure should be selected within a week from the original scheduled date.
      • If the rescheduled date falls outside this one-week timeframe, another consultation will be required before the procedure can be performed.


  • Refund Request Process:

    • Exceptional Circumstances:
      • We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, leading to the need for a refund. In such cases, we encourage you to contact our office directly to discuss your situation.

    • Refund Eligibility:
      • Refunds are only considered in exceptional cases where it is deemed appropriate and fair by our management.
      • Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration factors such as the nature of the services, timing of the request, and any extenuating circumstances.
    • Refund Request Procedure:
      • If you believe you have valid grounds for a refund, please follow these steps:
      • Contact our office by phone or in person to initiate the refund request.
      • Provide a detailed explanation, including supporting documentation if applicable, to support your refund claim.
      • Your request will be carefully evaluated by our management team.
      • You will be notified of the decision regarding your refund request within a reasonable timeframe.
    • Approval and Refund Process:
      • If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed using the same method of payment originally used for the transaction.
      • Please note that processing times for refunds may vary depending on the payment method used and your financial institution policies and could take up to forty-five (45) days.
While we strive to provide exceptional care and address patient concerns, it is important to understand that refunds are generally not provided for patient-initiated cancellations. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding our refund policy.
